Job Title: Marketing cum Sales Executive
Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Work Mode: Full-time | Office-based (5 Days Working)

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing activities. The ideal candidate will manage social media platforms, coordinate promotional initiatives, maintain marketing data, and contribute to overall brand growth. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

• Manage and grow social media platforms by creating engaging content and monitoring performance.

• Support branding initiatives and ensure consistent communication across channels.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

• Maintain marketing data and reports in Excel with accuracy.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth execution of marketing tasks.

• Contribute creative ideas for content, promotions, and brand visibility.

• Cold Calling, Lead Generation.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand promotion, sales.

• Strong understanding of social media management and digital marketing tools.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics is an added advantage.

• Ability to maintain and manage proper data in Excel sheets.
