This is an office-based lead follow-up and sales coordination job. Candidate must do calling, CRM updating, Google Sheets, task follow-up and quotation coordination daily.

Job Description
We are looking for a smart, disciplined and communication-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive for lead follow-up, CRM updating, quotation coordination, Google Sheets/Docs, WhatsApp follow-ups and daily task management.
The candidate will coordinate with prospects, management and technical teams for CCTV, DG Sets, Electrical Projects, Fire Alarm, Access Control and AMC services.
KRA / Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads received from Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, website, referrals and existing database.
Update all lead details, remarks, next follow-up date and status in CRM/Google Sheets.
Maintain daily lead tracker, quotation tracker and follow-up sheet.
Coordinate with management and technical team for client requirements, site visits and quotation inputs.
Send WhatsApp/email follow-ups and quotation drafts as per standard format.
Follow up on sent quotations and push for meeting, site visit, negotiation or closure.
Work on Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, WhatsApp Web and task management tools.
Use ChatGPT/AI tools for preparing simple documents, follow-up messages, summaries and task lists.
Learn basic product knowledge of CCTV, DG Sets, Electrical Projects, Fire Alarm, Access Control and AMC services.
Submit daily work report to management before end of day.
KPI / Performance Targets
Minimum 40–60 calls/follow-ups per working day.
100% CRM/Google Sheet update for every lead handled.
All new leads to be contacted on the same working day.
All follow-up dates to be updated daily without missing any lead.
Minimum 8–12 qualified leads/appointments/site-visit opportunities per month, depending on lead quality.
100% quotation follow-up within 24 hours after sending quotation.
Daily calling report, lead status report and quotation tracker to be submitted before end of day.
Zero missed follow-ups due to poor CRM or sheet updating.
Regular use of WhatsApp/email follow-up templates as per company format.
Ability to learn and use CRM, task management and ChatGPT/AI tools within the first 15 days.
Required Skills
Good Hindi communication and basic English.
Comfortable with daily calling and WhatsApp follow-up.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail and Excel.
Willingness to learn CRM, task management tools and ChatGPT/AI tools.
Good typing, documentation and reporting discipline.
Polite but persistent follow-up attitude.
Ability to work with daily targets and reporting system.

Candidates with experience in sales coordination, lead follow-up, telecalling, CRM updating, Google Sheets, back-office sales, client coordination, quotation follow-up or office operations will be preferred.
