Sales & Customer Support Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle 24/7 customer support for existing customers and meal-box subscribers.
• Manage customer queries, orders, feedback, complaints and follow-ups.
• Generate and convert new sales leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media and field marketing.
• Support marketing activities, promotions and customer acquisition.
• Conduct field marketing and distribute promotional banners/flyers at relevant locations.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the kitchen/operations team to ensure smooth customer service.
• Maintain basic customer and sales records and provide regular updates.
Skills & Requirements:
• 1+ year experience in sales, customer support or business development preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp and follow-ups.
• Sales-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally.
• Willingness to participate in field marketing and promotional activities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food/health & wellness business.
• Flexible to support 24/7 customer-service requirements through shifts/rotations.
