Job Summary

The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for delivering an excellent guest experience by welcoming guests, handling queries and concerns, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations. The role focuses on building positive guest relationships, maintaining service standards, and coordinating with internal teams to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner

•

Manage guest interactions, feedback, and complaints efficiently

•

Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit

•

Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, and hospitality

•

Assist in resolving service issues promptly and escalate when required

•

Collect guest feedback and share insights with the management team

•

Support front office operations during peak hours

•

Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards

Qualifications & Experience
