Key Responsibilities:
Retail Channel Development:
o Identify and onboard Korean and ayurvedic products into multi-brand retail outlets,
beauty stores, and Ayurvedic wellness chains.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, distributors, and
decision-makers in retail.
Spa & Wellness Partnerships:
o Onboard Korean and ayurvedic products in premium spas, resorts, and wellness
centres.
o Conduct brand training and product education for therapists and spa teams.
Activation & Brand Visibility:
o Plan and execute in-store promotions, product displays, kiosks, sampling, and trial
campaigns.
o Ensure visibility standards (POSM, branding, testers, etc.) are met consistently.
Market Intelligence:
o Track competition, pricing, promotions, and customer preferences.
o Share field insights with internal teams to optimize strategy.
Reporting:
o Submit regular reports on store performance, sales, inventory status, and activation
results.
Candidate Requirements:
3–5 years of offline sales experience in the beauty/wellness/personal care segment
Strong retail/channel partner network in beauty & wellness industry.
Proven experience in product onboarding, retail visibility, and field activation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
