Key Responsibilities:
Outreach & Field Visits: You will travel to schools, universities, and coaching institutes daily. Having your own bike is mandatory for this role.
Lead Generation: You will meet with HR heads and academic directors to build professional networks and generate high-quality leads for our courses.
Achieve Targets Through Persuasion: You will be responsible for converting interested leads into admissions. You must use your influence and logic to guide students toward the right educational path.
Counseling Sessions: You must be able to secure appointments and conduct career counseling seminars for large groups of students on campus.
Sales & Follow-ups: You will call prospective candidates, handle their queries, and provide consistent follow-up to ensure enrollment success.
Requirements:
Communication: Exceptional presentation skills are required to speak confidently in front of audiences.
