About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and detail - oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage billing and quotation processes, explore new market opportunities, and communicate effectively with clients in multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit bills, quotations, and related documents accurately and on time.
Identify potential clients and create qualified marketing and sales leads.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
Support marketing campaigns and check the ad tracker.
Maintain and update customer records and sales reports.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Basic education
Proficiency in at least 3 languages
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, etc)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Attention to detail and time management skills.
