Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented District Sales Managers (DSM) to drive merchant acquisition, Adhikari onboarding, and business growth within assigned territories. The candidate will be responsible for expanding Spice Money's network, ensuring activation of Adhikaris, and achieving monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new Adhikaris/Retailers in assigned territory.

• Drive activation and productivity of newly onboarded Adhikaris.

• Conduct field visits and market mapping activities.

• Ensure achievement of monthly sales and activation targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.

• Provide product training and support to Adhikaris.

• Resolve partner queries and service-related issues.

• Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence.

• Generate business through existing and new Adhikari networks.

• Maintain daily sales reports and activity trackers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• Experience in Fintech, Telecom, BFSI, FMCG, DSA, Microfinance, Payments, or Field Sales.

• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be comfortable with extensive field sales activities.

• Ability to travel within assigned district.

• Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
