Sales & Marketing Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Handle leads provided by the company and contact potential customers for appointment scheduling.

• Conduct day-to-day field visits and client meetings to explain company products and services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure successful lead conversion.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and sales updates in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

• Achieve monthly targets related to meetings, follow-ups, and lead conversions.

• Provide regular feedback on customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Prepare daily activity reports and submit updates to the reporting manager.
  

• A two-wheeler or a four-wheeler is mandatory for field visits and client meetings.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in service-based industries such as security, surveillance, SaaS, or telecom

• Hands-on experience in lead nurturing and CRM strategy development

• Prior experience managing both on-ground and in-office marketing teams
