Job Summary

A Junior Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting the company's products or services, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue targets. This role is ideal for entry-level professionals looking to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through calls, emails, and visits.

• Generate and qualify sales leads.

• Present products and services to prospective clients.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.

• Follow up with customers to close sales opportunities.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• 2–6years of sales
