JD for Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager with 11 to 12 years of experience in the steel or related industrial sector or manufacturing industry or trading industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers in target markets.

• Manage and grow business with existing clients through regular follow-ups, relationship management, and value-added solutions.

• Generate inquiries and negotiate pricing and terms to close profitable deals.

• Maintain strong product knowledge of steel grades, specifications and applications.

• Coordinate with the other teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and pricing to support management in strategy formulation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA.

• 11 to 12 years of sales experience in the steel industry or related industrial product sales.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Willingness to travel extensively near Manesar, Gurgaon, Bawal and other areas assigned.

Salary

·        50,000 to 70,000 per month, depends on the interview

·        Male

Timings

·        9:30 am to 7 pm
