Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive international business growth for our export trading operations. The role focuses on identifying overseas buyers, developing market presence in target countries, managing client relationships, and achieving export sales targets across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new export markets and overseas buyers through research, trade portals, exhibitions, and B2B platforms (e.g., Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia).

• Generate leads, send quotations, negotiate prices, and close export orders.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, agents, and distributors.

• Prepare and manage export documentation in coordination with logistics (proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list, LC, COO, etc.).

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product catalogs, and digital promotions for global markets.

• Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and demand in target regions.

• Represent the company at international trade fairs, expos, and buyer meetings.

• Coordinate with production, procurement, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports for management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 2–5 years of experience in export sales, international marketing, or B2B trading.

• Knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, documentation, and payment terms (LC, TT, etc.).

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages an advantage.

• Familiarity with digital marketing and B2B export platforms.

• Willingness to travel internationally.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Textiles and engineering goods.

• Established network of overseas buyers or agents.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and export software.
