Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.

• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and propose suitable properties.

• Create compelling marketing materials and campaigns to attract potential buyers and investors.

• Organize and conduct property viewings, open houses, and sales events.

• Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.

• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals.

• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing.

• Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
