Required Qualifications:

• Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is mandatory.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience in B2B sales or business development.

• Technical Knowledge: Must possess a strong working knowledge of Import & Export line (Electrical Goods)

• Industry Background: Previous experience working in the Export, Sales & Marketing, Engineering or Manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Professional with a strong background in Industrial Electrical systems to join our team. The ideal candidate holds an MBA and possesses 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience. You will bridge the gap between technical engineering and business development, using your knowledge of industrial electricity to consult clients and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and acquire new clients in the industrial sector.

• Technical Consultation: Use your knowledge of industrial electric systems to explain complex product specifications and benefits to potential clients.

• Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

• Market Analysis: Keep abreast of trends in the industrial electric market, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

• Proposal Creation: Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and technical presentations to decision-makers.
