Sales & Marketing Executive

Lead Conversion (Sales): Actively prospect, pitch, and close deals with inbound leads generated by your marketing efforts.
Market Research: Analyze competitor strategies, customer demographics, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics like Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, and monthly sales targets.
CRM & Automation: Manage the integration between marketing software and the sales pipeline, building automated nurture sequences for cold leads.
On-Site Conversion: Run interactive on-site activations where the goal is immediate, transactional sales at the venue.
Cross-Team Liaison: Seamlessly coordinate with the pre-sales/lead-generation team to take over qualified inbound inquiries and warm prospects.

Site Scouting : Actively coordinate with clients to schedule physical site visits, map out accurate site locations.
AV Solutions Presentation: Deliver detailed, articulate explanations of high-end Audio-Video architectures and AV Core technical frameworks to non-technical client decision-makers.

Needs Discovery: Conduct thorough on-site assessments to understand the client's acoustic, visual, and architectural limitations, translating their business needs into technical AV requirements.
BOQ Collaboration: Meet directly with the internal AV Design & Engineering team to translate site notes into an accurate, optimized Bill of Quantities ($BOQ$) and technical system blueprint.

Proposal Delivery: Review the engineered $BOQ$ for commercial viability, package it into a comprehensive sales proposal, and deliver it to the client within strict deadlines.
On-Site Solution Walking: Return to the client's physical site to walk them through the proposed AV design, explaining exactly where hardware (displays, speakers, core racks) will be integrated and why the setup fits their space.

Objection Handling & Closing: Manage commercial negotiations, address technical or budgeting objections, and drive the client contract to final signature and closure.

Post-Sales Handoff: Ensure a smooth transition of the signed project, blueprints, and client expectations over to the Post-Sales and Project Deployment teams for installation.
