Position: Sales & Accounts Executive
Location: Delhi
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month + performance incentives
Industry: CNC Manufacturing / Engineering Components

Job Responsibilities

• Handle IndiaMART enquiries and generate new B2B leads.

• Call potential and existing customers and develop business relationships.

• Prepare quotations and follow up until order confirmation.

• Generate GST invoices, bills and sales entries in BUSY Accounting.

• Follow up with customers for advance payments and outstanding payments.

• Maintain customer ledgers and receivables.

• Coordinate customer orders, dispatches and delivery requirements.

• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and routine purchase follow-ups.

• Maintain daily sales, quotation and payment reports.

• Support the owner in growing the company’s customer base and sales.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales/accounts.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Experience with BUSY Accounting is required.

• Knowledge of GST billing and basic accounting.

• Comfortable with customer calls, follow-ups and payment collection.

• Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.

• Experience in B2B, industrial or manufacturing sales will be preferred.
