About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, confident and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our Mutual Fund and Insurance business.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new client relationships, generating leads, following up with prospective clients and assisting existing clients with their investment and insurance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, references, networking, calling, digital marketing and social media.

• Meet prospective clients and understand their investment and insurance requirements.

• Explain Mutual Fund SIPs, lump-sum investments, SWP and other relevant investment products in a simple and professional manner.

• Promote and explain suitable Life, Health and General Insurance products.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and convert qualified leads into business.

• Generate business through personal references, existing client references, professional networks and local market contacts.

• Participate in seminars, investor awareness activities, exhibitions, networking events and promotional activities.

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings and business generated.

• Coordinate with the office team for documentation, applications, renewals and client servicing.

• Follow up on insurance renewals and assist in maintaining long-term client relationships.

• Use WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram and other digital platforms for lead generation and client communication.

• Achieve mutually agreed monthly and annual business targets.

• Follow applicable AMFI, SEBI and insurance regulatory guidelines while communicating with clients.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

• Good at communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.

• Passionate about sales, networking and business development.

• Self-motivated and willing to work towards targets.

• Able to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.

• Comfortable using MS Office, WhatsApp, email and social media.

• Willing to learn about Mutual Funds, SIPs and Insurance products.

• Previous experience in Mutual Funds, Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Real Estate or other sales roles will be an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

Education: Graduate preferred.

Experience:
1–5 years of sales/marketing experience preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
