Customer Meetings & Field Visits: Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients, partners, and key accounts.
Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, map target territories, and build a robust local sales pipeline.
Negotiation & Closure: Present product/service solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals in the field.
Relationship Management: Maintain long-term trust and satisfaction with key client contacts and channel partners.
Team Leadership (if applicable): Mentor field sales representatives, join them on client visits for coaching, and track daily activity metrics.
Reporting & Forecasting: Update CRM tools regularly and provide accurate weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management.
Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven field sales or business development experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
Core Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Mobility: Comfort with regular daily travel and a valid driver’s license or independent commuting ability.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and mobile reporting applications.
