Generate and convert sales leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
Coordinate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and enhance lead generation.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
