Key Responsibilities

Showroom Manager (SM):

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations and staff

• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets

• Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management

• Train, motivate and supervise showroom teams

• Oversee inventory management and compliance

Area Sales Manager (ASM):

• Supervise multiple showrooms within the assigned area

• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize business growth

• Monitor performance of Showroom Managers and sales staff

• Implement marketing and promotional activities

• Provide regular business updates to senior management

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate (MBA preferred)

• 3–8 years of experience in Retail / Jewellery / Luxury Products / FMCG

• Strong leadership, team management and customer service skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
