Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to improve performance

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

• Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews

• Collaborate with marketing and management teams for business growth

Roles & Duties:

• Handling day-to-day sales operations

• Setting individual and team sales targets

• Closing deals and negotiating with clients

• Managing key accounts and customer retention

• Tracking team performance and providing guidance

• Visiting clients (if field sales role)

• Maintaining CRM and sales data records
