Sales Lead (Artist and Client Relations)'

Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Last Saturday of every month off)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Lead to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, managing brand partnerships, and closing influencer marketing and artist booking campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience in B2B sales, influencer marketing, talent management, or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales efforts.

• Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and corporate clients.

• Understand client requirements and recommend the right influencers, artists, or celebrities.

• Manage influencer marketing campaigns and artist bookings from initiation to successful execution.

• Coordinate with influencers, artists, talent managers, and internal teams.

• Negotiate commercials, contracts, and campaign deliverables.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Stay updated on industry trends, creator economy, and entertainment marketing.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Influencer Marketing, Artist Management, Talent Partnerships, Event Sales, or related fields

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management abilities

• Target-oriented mindset with proven sales performance

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

• Passion for entertainment, influencer marketing, and brand collaborations
