Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Management: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and follow-ups to create a sales funnel.
Property Viewings & Sales: Schedule and conduct site visits, showcasing property features and benefits to prospective buyers.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate property prices and terms, guiding clients through the purchasing process to finalize deals.
Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property trends, prices, and competitive offerings.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent service and after-sales support.
Reporting: Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and submit performance metrics to management
