Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new customer leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and local market mapping.
• Product Pitching: Explain and promote Supply Chain Finance solutions and business loans based on customer requirements.
• Target Achievement: Deliver monthly targets for lead generation, conversions, and loan disbursement.
• File Processing: Collect initial documents, check application details, and coordinate with the Operations team for further processing.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local channel partners, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
• Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales progress, and share regular updates with management.
Qualification
• 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
• 0 to 2 years of field-sales experience. Freshers who are comfortable with field sales may also apply.
• Banking or NBFC sales exposure is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
• Must be comfortable with daily local travel and customer visits.
