We are looking for an experienced and dynamic sales professional from the Real Estate or Hospitality industry to drive business development, generate new leads, manage key client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong networking skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
 Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, hotels, corporates, and channel partners.
 Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful sales.
 Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.  Prepare proposals & quotations.
 Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
 Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, and sales forecasts.
 Travel as required for client meetings and business development. Preferred Candidate Profile
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Self-driven with a result-oriented approach.
 Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
 Willingness to travel extensively.
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
