We are looking for a results-driven Catering Sales Manager to lead business development and revenue growth for our catering division. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, proven sales conversion ability, and experience handling corporate events, weddings, and large-scale catering operations.
Develop and execute catering sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Generate leads through corporate networking, event planners, wedding planners, and direct client outreach
Handle end-to-end sales cycle: inquiry → proposal → negotiation → closure → event coordination
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, banquet halls, hotels, and event management companies
Prepare customized proposals, costing sheets, and contracts
Coordinate with kitchen and operations team to ensure smooth event execution
Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
