Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new Channel Sales Partners, Distributors, and Business Associates.

• Develop and implement strategies to expand the channel network across assigned territories.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive business growth.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Provide training, guidance, and support to channel partners on products, services, and sales processes.

• Monitor partner performance and develop action plans for improvement.

• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.

• Ensure timely resolution of partner and customer concerns.

• Track sales performance, pipeline, and revenue generation through channel partners.

• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth partner onboarding and operations.

• Drive partner engagement programs, promotional activities, and incentive schemes.
