Position: Relationship Manager – Banca Channel (General Insurance)
CTC: 3.5LPA + Travel Allowances + Performance Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on leads provided by the company and generates referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for general insurance products.
- Cross-sell and up-sell based on customer needs.
- Meet customers, analyze their financial needs, and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Adhere to organizational policies and compliance guidelines.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the manager.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or banking experience preferred.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
