We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Sales professional responsible for driving sales and fostering long-term relationships with Clients and Channel Partners.
· Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies with the Team Leader, aligned with business objectives.
· Build and sustain strong relationships with Clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive repeat business.
· Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and present insights to Senior Management.
· Identify potential clients, nurture leads, and convert opportunities into sales.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
· Streamline sales operations, implement best practices, guide a compact team, ensures performance.
· Ability and mindset to work in ERP and daily updation on ERP.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
o 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales management or a closely related sales leadership role.
o Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
o Strong leadership and team-building skills.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics.
Mobility Requirement: Must have personal transport (car/motorbike) and valid driver’s license; comfortable traveling across multiple locations in and around Gurgaon.
