Position: Sales Manager
Location: Agra , Khandari
Experience: 3–5 Years (Solar Industry Preferred)

Joiner – Immediate

Working Days – Monday to Saturday

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Manager B2B & B2B who can understand customer requirements and recommend the right solar products and solutions. The candidate will be responsible for explaining solar products, system benefits, pricing, specifications and ROI to customers and supporting the sales team in converting leads into successful orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle B2B & B2C solar sales.

• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, online research and local market.

• Convert hot leads into successful sales and business.

• Handle residential, commercial and industrial customer requirements.

• Recommend suitable solar solutions based on customer requirements.

• Handle meetings, quotations, negotiations, follow-ups and sales closures.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Coordinate with technical/site survey team for project execution.

• Maintain daily and weekly sales reports.

Required Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, customer handling and sales skills. Solar Industry experience preferred.
