Key Responsibilities:
- Initiating phone conversations with Real Estate Prospects & generating Leads
- Intensely following up & scheduling Site Visits with the Leads and closing the sales within the sales cycle
- Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, calls.
Educational Qualification & Work Experience :
- A graduate from any discipline is preferred
-Team Leader (Portfolio manager) : Minimum 3+ years in real estate channel sales
-Sales Executive (Relationship Manager) : Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales or channel partner model (1-3 years of experience in sales in any industry is mandatory)
-Strong knowledge of the Bangalore Real Estate Market
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
-Fluency in English
-High energy, persistence, and a positive attitude
