Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop effective strategies, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets

• Identify new business opportunities and markets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management

• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Handle key accounts and major client negotiations

• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

• Proven experience in sales management (3–7 years)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office

• Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
