Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our School Division. This role is integral to driving business growth through the acquisition of new school clients and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have a background in school product sales or the EdTech sector, with a demonstrated ability to operate independently and support senior leadership. The position requires extensive travel and regular client engagement, including direct collaboration with the CEO on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with the CEO on key accounts, proposals, and relationship-building strategies
• Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the school segment
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve business objectives
• Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and client visits, ensuring a high level of professionalism
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and pipeline development
• Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate, up-to-date client records.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably within the school products or
EdTech space
• Proven ability to develop new business and close deals with institutional clients
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Professional demeanor with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
Essential Requirements
● Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven sales experience in school product sales or EdTech sectors.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Salary Package:
● Rs. 3,00,000 – Rs.3,60,000/- per annum plus Travel Allowance | Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate
● Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
