We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at FemtoSoft IT services. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (enterprise, mid-market, or SMBs).
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads).
Understand client needs and propose tailored IT consulting solutions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Strategic Partnerships & Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to align offerings with client needs.
Identify and establish partnerships with technology vendors and industry stakeholders.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track competitor activities and industry trends.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends.
Develop proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Manage digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, content marketing, and social media.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
Manage the company’s website and ensure it reflects the latest service offerings and case studies.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the IT or tech services industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms (like HubSpot or Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and analytical capabilities.
