Job Title: Project Manager – Homecare & EducationLocation: NCROrganization: Six Sigma Eldercare (SSEC)Job Summary:The Project Manager – Homecare & Education will oversee end-to-end coordination of homecare operations and training activities. The role focuses on quality service delivery, staff readiness, client satisfaction, lead management, and compliance, while representing SSEC professionally across NCR.Key Responsibilities:* Conduct final training and briefing of GDAs before deployment.* Visit long-term clients for agreement signing, feedback collection, and on-site staff training.* Call all active clients twice a month for service feedback and payment follow-ups.* Coordinate daily with the telecalling team for GDA deployment and status updates.* Ensure completion of background verification and police clearance of all staff.* Maintain and update lead enquiry sheets; follow up for lead conversion.* Attend and supervise short medical visits (IM/IV injections, wound care, catheter, cannula).* Handle and close JustDial leads (Noida plan) with timely response and follow-up.* Promote and represent SSEC at meetings, client visits, and events across NCR.* Submit accurate weekly and monthly activity and performance reports.* Counsel active attendants to improve empathy, professionalism, and patient care standards.Skills & Requirements:* Experience in homecare, healthcare operations, or training management preferred.* Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.* Basic medical knowledge for supervising nursing procedures.* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and field operations.* Willingness to travel across NCR as required.Reporting To: Management / Operations HeadThis role is critical in ensuring service quality, client trust, and continuous improvement in both homecare and education verticals.
