Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi, India, for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business by identifying and developing client opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and creating customized event packages to meet client needs. Key tasks will include strategizing and implementing sales plans, managing clients, calling clients, tracking market trends, lead nurturing, and closing high-value clients for weddings, events, planning, management, décor services, and overseeing sales performance to meet or exceed targets. The role also involves collaborating with the production and design teams to ensure event success and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Key Responsibilities:
Proven experience in Sales, and Client Relationship Management.
Strong presentation, and communication skills.
Handle and convert inbound/organic leads through calls, messages, and meetings
Understand client requirements and pitch tailored event solutions
Achieve a minimum target of 10 successful conversions per month
Coordinate with internal teams (planning, décor, operations) to ensure seamless execution
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales progress
Conduct daily cold calls to generate new leads and build a strong client pipeline
Excellent analytical skills to track sales performance and identify trends.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
Experience in event management or the events industry will be an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Requirements:
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confident on calls with the ability to handle objections effectively
Prior experience in sales, events, weddings, or hospitality (preferred but not mandatory)
Target-driven mindset with a hunger to close deals
Ability to build trust quickly and maintain client relationships
Basic understanding of events/wedding planning industry is a plus

Compensation:
