Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales process for real estate projects.

• Generate and convert leads into successful sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a sales pipeline.

• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Good knowledge of the local real estate market and customer handling.

• Candidate age should be between 25 and 40 years.
