We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and achieve company revenue targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
Set individual sales targets and monitor team performance
Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key customers
Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to senior management
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve sales results
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions
