We are looking for an experienced and responsible Business Loan Manager to oversee the sales team, ensure smooth operations, achieve business targets, and maintain high service standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and team management skills with experience in the financial services or business loan industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate the Business Loan sales team.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and monitor performance.
Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Executives and Team Leaders.
Ensure timely processing of business loan applications.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal departments for smooth loan disbursement.
Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
Analyze team performance and prepare daily and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally.
Develop strategies to increase sales and business growth.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Ensure proper documentation and accuracy in loan files.
Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in Business Loans, LAP, Working Capital, or Financial Services.
Experience in team handling and target achievement.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good knowledge of loan processes and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM systems.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
