Job Time: 10.30 Am to 6.30 Pm + Sunday Off

Reporting To: Regional Sales Head / Business Head

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Financial Services Sales Manager to lead sales activities, develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of financial products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

• Lead, manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance.

• Generate new business through direct sales, referrals, partnerships, and lead-generation activities.

• Identify prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.

• Promote and sell relevant financial products and services such as loans, insurance, investments, wealth-management products, or other assigned offerings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Monitor sales pipelines, conversion ratios, revenue, and individual/team performance.

• Conduct regular sales reviews and provide guidance to team members on achieving targets.

• Develop relationships with channel partners, corporate clients, brokers, and other business sources.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, KYC procedures, and ethical sales practices.

• Coordinate with operations, credit, underwriting, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.

• Resolve customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
