Job Description – Sales & Distribution Executive - ON-ROLL JOB

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Distribution professional to drive business growth and strengthen the retail/channel network in the assigned territory. The role involves developing the Jio Point market, achieving acquisition and revenue targets, onboarding and managing channel partners, ensuring retailer servicing as per the beat plan, and maintaining stock availability and visibility across retail outlets.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining supply chain stability, ensuring timely cash deposits, and monitoring, evaluating, training, and motivating the field team and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the assigned territory/Jio Point market.

• Achieve customer acquisition, sales, and revenue targets.

• Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners and retailers.

• Ensure effective retailer servicing as per the beat plan.

• Maintain adequate stock availability and product visibility at retail outlets.

• Ensure smooth supply chain and distribution operations.

• Manage daily cash collection and ensure timely deposits.

• Monitor team and channel partner performance.

• Train, coach, and motivate team members and channel partners.

• Identify market opportunities and resolve field-level business issues.
