Sales Manager

A Real Estate Sales Manager drives property sales by leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of agents to meet or exceed targets. They develop strategic sales plans, monitor market trends, nurture client relationships, and ensure legal compliance. Key duties include recruiting staff, setting sales quotas, and overseeing marketing and closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Training: Recruiting, onboarding, and training agents, as well as providing coaching to improve performance.

• Sales Strategy & Targets: Establishing sales objectives, forecasting, and developing strategies to increase sales volume.

• Performance Management:

  Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze sales data and report to senior management.

• Client Relationship Management: Handling high-level negotiations, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Market Intelligence: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, competitor activity, and local regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Generally, 3-7 years of experience in real estate sales or consulting is required, with previous experience in a leadership role.

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is often preferred.

• Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills to motivate teams, combined with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
