Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site (Showroom + Field Sales)
We are looking for a dynamic Sales / Showroom Manager (Tiles Division) who can manage showroom sales as well as handle regular architect, builder & client meetings outside the showroom.
The role includes attending walk-in customers, managing showroom operations, and achieving monthly sales targets.
The ideal candidate must have experience in tiles/ceramics/building materials and must be comfortable handling both in-showroom sales and field meetings.
Handle walk-in customers and present product range professionally
Guide clients, architects, and designers visiting the showroom
Ensure premium showroom experience, cleanliness, and display management
Oversee visual merchandising, product display, and customer engagement
Maintain daily inquiry and follow-up register
Supervise showroom team and ensure smooth operations
Conduct regular meetings with architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers
Generate leads, create quotations, and ensure timely follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify new project opportunities (residential & commercial)
Coordinate with backend for stock, deliveries, and product availability
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management
4–8 years experience in Tiles / Ceramics / Building Materials
Experience in both showroom sales and field sales
Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Confident, presentable, and customer-focused
Should be target-driven and comfortable with client visits
Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM, quotations & sales reports
Preference for candidates who have previously handled architects/builders
