Relationship Building: Building rapport to ensure repeat business, especially for wholesale or commercial accounts.
System Proficiency: Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) and inventory management systems.
Patience & Communication: Explaining technical tire jargon in a way that is easy for customers to understand.
