Job Title: Sales Manager – 4 Wheeler (Car Showroom)
Location: Ichalkaranji / Kolhapur
Experience: 5–10 years (4-wheeler showroom experience mandatory)
Role:
Manage car showroom sales operations, lead the sales team, and achieve monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the showroom sales team
Achieve sales targets and improve conversion ratios
Handle daily showroom operations and customer experience
Coordinate with marketing and finance partners
Train and guide sales executives
Requirements:
Mandatory experience in a 4-wheeler / car showroom
Strong team handling and target achievement skills
Salary: As per experience + incentives
