Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans
Generate new business opportunities through lead conversion and client engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends
Conduct sales meetings, training, and performance reviews
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth sales closure
Handle key client negotiations and finalize deals
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1-3 years of experience in sales,
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Industry-specific experience will be an added advantage
