Job Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.

• Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements.

• Explain company services and available financial solutions to clients.

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.

• Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Maintain regular updates and reports of leads and follow-ups.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Female candidates only.

• Minimum +2 / 12th pass.

• Fluent in English communication is mandatory.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Confident and professional personality.

• Sales, telecalling, business development, or finance-sector experience will be an advantage.

• Ability to work independently from home.

• Target-oriented and motivated to earn through incentives.

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

• Incentive: Up to ₹20,000+ per month, based on performance.

• Attractive earning potential through sales commissions.
