PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Proven work experience of 3 - 6 years in residential flat sales, plot sales and Farm land Sales
Should be able to assess client requirements and serve promptly to maximize closure opportunities
Ability to manage team of sales executives and be able to achieve
Should possess strong sales, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Perseverance and endurance to stay focused and aggressive
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meeting clients to brief product through presentations and site visits
Facilitating site visits for clients and resolving their queries
Following up with clients towards sales closures.
Complete satisfaction of the customer from site visit to handover of the project.
Prompt post sales servicing for all paper work and collections
Ensure highest quality of customer satisfaction at all times and pursue referral opportunities from existing customers
Be accountable for achieving sales targets
Managing and motivate sales executives to meet sales targets
Help to Plan, develop and execute sales & marketing strategies
Working for accomplishing self and team target.
Ready to travel across city and good knowledge of developments and localities
Responsible for overall team performance, capability development and managing key client relationships from time to time.
Consistently partner with all the sales / vertical leads, marketing head, digital marketing team and strategy leads towards achieving the overall sales revenue and business targets.
Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and will be responsible in achieving targets.
