Sales Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales agents to achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies, action plans, and marketing campaigns to expand the client base.Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and report progress to senior management.Client & Deal Management: Oversee complex negotiations, oversee client interactions, and ensure smooth closing processes.Market Analysis: Analyze local market trends, competitors, and property pricing to identify opportunities.Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Proven experience (often 3-5+ years) in real estate sales with prior leadership/team management experience.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate preferred.Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of local real estate trends and regulations.Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
