JOB RESPONSIBILITIES – SALES MANAGER (SKIN & AESTHETIC CLINIC)
Location: Gurgaon – Golf Course Road
Manage and drive end-to-end sales operations for the Gurgaon branch.
Handle inbound leads from Meta Ads, Google Ads, calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Conduct detailed client consultations and recommend suitable skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments.
Convert leads into confirmed appointments, packages, and high-value treatment plans.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the sales and front-desk team.
Ensure high conversion rates through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Track daily leads, conversions, revenue, and pending follow-ups using CRM and reports.
Coordinate with doctors and therapists for smooth client onboarding and treatment scheduling.
Handle escalations, resolve client concerns, and ensure excellent customer experience.
Implement sales SOPs, scripts, and clinic processes consistently.
Upsell and cross-sell treatment packages, memberships, and ongoing plans.
Maintain accurate sales records, billing coordination, and documentation.
Ensure professional conduct, clinic discipline, and brand standards at all times.
